A note on transparency. The pool is funded by partners and from DAY ONE's own treasury. Eligibility is evaluated against your work, not your network. Most users earn credits and perks; a smaller cohort qualifies for grant review.

We thought about a smarter chatbot. We thought about a better Notion template. Neither shipped real businesses. So we built something stranger — an operating system that knows what stage you're in, what the next move is, and which parts an agent can do for you.
